This is one of the world's most important gatherings of electronic, techno and dance musicians: luminary performers in past years have included John Acquaviva, Atari Teenage Riot, Mark Farina, Mogwai and Morcheeba. In addition to concerts and raves going on at the Melkweg, Paradiso and Escape clubs, any number of lectures and panel discussions are held at the Felix Meritis complex. Admission to individual events varies. Full festival passes range from EUR175-275, depending on how far in advance they are purchased. A pass for daytime activities only goes for EUR175.
