Amsterdam is very famous for its extensive network of bars and pubs. Here there is something for every drink or party head. As well as for those about to spend their evening with mates. Some of the most popular places to spend the evening are the Leidse and Rembrandt Square. Here are the bars like Bourbonstreet and Heeren van Aemstel. There is also The Palladium for showing off. While the red light district is known for its more obvious and eye-catching qualities than bars, The Last Waterhole and Durty Nelly's offer a great night out opportunity. Expect to find lots of tourists. Branching out in Amsterdam is highly popular. There is a variety of bars and cafés in Jordaan and Pijp. Check out places like Cafe Nol or De Twee Zwaantjes. The places are brash, noisy and crowded. Loud Dutch music and the inevitable sing-along are this area's specialties. There is a number of outstanding true Irish pubs, like The Tara or Mulligans and Molly Malones. For beer heads there are In de Wildeman or Gollem offering a tremendous selection of beer. West Pacific offers a unique atmosphere differing from the city centre.
