Hidden behind an inconspicuous entrance next to the Golden Tulip Schiller Hotel, one hardly sees the Schiller bar amongst the many pubs on Amsterdams largest amusement area. The guests are mainly insiders and regulars enjoying their drinks and and the products of a good simple kitchen. The clientele is predominantly, but not exclusively, well-educated. There is quiet music from the CD-player and a conversation is always possible and easily started at the 10-stool bar.
