Homosexuals celebrate in full force during Amsterdam's multi-day Pride event. The Canal Gay Parade on Saturday is the highlight of the event, and the carnavalesque procession of 65 boats winds its way through Amsterdam. Best points for viewing are along Prinsengracht, Amstel and Stopera. As Amsterdam is considered the capital of Gay Rights in Europe, this event always promises to bring something extravagant and exciting.
