This is possibly the oldest bar in Amsterdam. This title is, of course, heavily contested, but the Druif seems to have as good a case as any. Apparently it dates back to at least 1631. The mighty Heineken seems to support the Druif's claims. There is a little museum to be found in this bar where artifacts from the days this place was still a distillery can be found. The rest of the interior also relies on the good old days. It has a terrace where you can pleasantly waste away a good few hours. No music is played in the Druif. This bar is not the place to visit for a full meal, but you can get some snacks if you get the munchies.
