Since 1977 this bookshop has been located in the heart of the city near the Waterlooplein. The building in which it is situated used to be a squat house but is now legalized. As the all-volunteer staff say themselves, they are specialized in Libertarian and radical ideas from the first to the fifth world and beyond. Clearly this is not a shop for the average book lover. The assortment of books varies from info on squatting, books on left-wing subjects and history to foreign books, stickers, shirts and magazines in various languages. When you are in the neighbourhood, you should really stop by as this shop does not have many equals.
