Restaurant Kaiko, located near the Okura Hotel, is actually a small sushi bar in which you can get traditional Japanese food at pretty reasonable prices. The chef is an entertaining expert who makes the most wonderful variations (and there are a lot of them) of sushi and sashimi. The more expensive ones are a real treat though, as they are prepared with rare ingredients such as sea urchin. Kaiko offers plenty of set menus in various price ranges, including a vegetarian one. The set menus include a salad, sashimi, sushi, sake or miso soup.
