This annual parade, occuring each August, takes pride in being one of the few travelling festivals remaining in the world. This is an unusual circus, however: it is designed to be inside out, with the public placed in the middle of the action, surrounded by the performers. Small colourful tents encircle the terrain of Martin Luther King Park. The Parade presents 75 different programmes, featuring music, dance, theatre, magic, art, animation and other spectacles. Every day at 3:30p a special children's program is offered.
