Having thrown open its doors to the public in early 2000, this relatively new eatery is a welcome addition to the Plantation / Annex Museum of The Resistance (WWII) in the beautifully renovated old Plancius building opposite Artis zoo. Its dual nature caters to all, for it is a pub during the day and a restaurant after 6p. A tad pretentious for the menu, this spot mainly attracts young professionals and well-to-do pensioners who appreciate the value of a good kitchen. An excellent service leaves no room for complaint.
