SAS is a good find for those with a penchant for all things artistic. Artist John Sas is the owner of this trendy bar on the edge of the Jordaan. He changes the interior constantly - it's a work of art in its own right. It's usually worth popping in to get an update on the current theme. SAS is split levelled: at street level you'll find a bar and downstairs, the restaurant. It's also possible to come by boat: simply moor at the small jetty. The food here is simple and tasty, all in accordance with the affordable prices.
