The cuisine of Van Vlaanderen is based on original French recipes which have been reworked into modern cuisine. The atmosphere is informal, the staff young and friendly and the ingredients are always fresh. Prices are reasonable. A few other remarkable dishes are available that come especially recommended. Examples are: the Plate Without Prejudice, the Triple M or Marc's Market Mix. A daily game dish and vegetarian set menu are also on the menu and an international wine list guarantees the perfect complement to your meal. On sunny days, it is possible to eat outside.
