De Pijp is full of nice and tasty restaurants. Sometimes it takes a little searching, but the results are always well worth the hunt. The vegetarian restaurant De Waaghals is one such place. The restaurant is also used as a gallery and artists exhibit their work here. The interior changes from time to time and the fun part is that the menus are linked with the exhibitions. The Waaghals likes to serve veggie fusion: no meat, just vegetables, prepared in very special and always delicious ways. The ingredients all are biologically sound - that even goes for the coffee and the toilet paper.
