Head to the Okura Hotel for an authentic Japanese experience; on the ground floor, you'll find Yamazato, which offers both traditional Japanese and Far-Eastern food. The Sukiya-style interiors with influences of Zen Buddhism transport you to 16th century. The whole ambience is accentuated with a garden and pond nearby. So be prepared for a romantic evening. Feast on the Kaiseki Ryori, refined Japanes cuisine or make your way to the sushi bar. If you're planning to come by for the Japanese Breakfast, make sure you make reservations much in advance.
